The important date is the date of ticketing. If you issue the ticket before 31st December 2010 the date of travel may lie beyond this date.

Application:
The All America Airpass® is applicable on the routes of the participating airlines, independent of the choice of the longhaul carrier.
Code share flights are not permitted within the All America Airpass® unless explicitly allowed in the remarks.
The All America Airpass® must not be sold in Canada, USA, Mexico, Brazil, the Caribbean, Central and South America.
The All America Airpass® may only be sold in combination with international travel from and to the country of origin of the passenger.
Please note that Hahn Air is not responsible for the operating carrier's schedules.

Minimum value per Airpass:
111,00 USD per All America Airpass®

Pricing & Taxes:
Add the one-way fares of your individual routing from the airpass calculator manually to the fare box.
Connections between 2 cities are shown in alphabetical order. All fares are valid in either direction: in case a fare A to B is not indicated, simply apply B to A.
Local taxes apply in accordance to the regulations in force for the respective destination. To quote the taxes, security charge and Q surcharges, use informative pricing. Always quote taxes, security charge and Q surcharges per segment, using carrier specific fares instead of YY fares. Additionally there might be taxes that have to be paid locally on the spot. The Q surcharge, kerosene surcharges etc. must be included in the fare calculation in the ticket and must be paid in advance. Security Charge (YQ) must be included in the tax box and must be collected at the time of ticketing. Not commissionable.

Ticketing:
It is allowed to issue Hahn Air BSP (HR-169) tickets only. If you issue the All America Airpass without IT tour code or not according to the IT regulations - meaning the total fare charged must not be shown in the total fare box of the passenger coupons - you will be charged with the full fare via an ADM (Agency Debit Memo). The total fare has to be reflected on the agent coupon only. The passenger coupons must not show the fare total but IT only. No vMCOs, vMPDs and PTAs allowed. No bonus mileages granted. Ticketing has to be completed within 14 days after reservation.
The international ticket number must be mentioned on the ticket.
Issue the All American Airpass in your local currency using the daily rate of exchange (ROE).
The ticketnumber of the All America Airpass (HR-169) has to be inserted in the PNR as an OSI or SSR element.

Luggage:
Baggage allowance applies according to the regulations of the operating carrier.

Travel agent commission:
The airpass is to be issued with 0% commission. 

Exception:
For tickets issued in BSP Russia:
Please issue the airpass with the commission of 1 RUB. 

Payment:
Cash, Invoice or Credit Card. Please refer to http://www.hahnair.com/ and choose your BSP/ARC and the relavant airlines you want to ticket via the Quick Check tool  to check what credit cards are accepted in your country.

Fare Basis:
HRAAPXX
(XX has to be replaced by the operating carrier. Fare bases have to be shown on each coupon).
Example: HRAAPTA, the operating carrier is TA (TACA)

IT Code:

Endorsement-Box:
NONREF / NONEND / NORRT / CHGS PERMITTED EXCEPT LAN GRP - the international ticket number of the longhaul flight to the Americas must be mentioned in the endorsement box of the ticket.

Routing + Total fare of the All America Airpass®.

Please note that no fare must be shown in the fare calculation. If your GDS does not automatically overwrite the prices in the fare calculation with “IT” ("BT" in USA), please enter the fare calculation as shown in the examples.
Please note that connecting flights have to be indicated with "X".

Combinations:
You may combine all participating airlines and all routes within the All America Airpass®.

Connecting flights:
Connecting flights with the indicated fare are only possible using the same airline and the same booking class and only if no direct flight is available. No stopover allowed. Connecting flights have to be indicated with "X"

Within connecting flights combinations are possible with the following airlines:

· TA/LR/GU

Note for TA/LR/GU connecting flights:
If the connecting time for flights of TA/LR/GU exceeds 8 hours, the fare has to be calculated by adding the one way fares of the different segments involved.
Example:

· EZE X/LIM SJO if the connecting time in LIM is less than 8 hours, the fare is calculated:
EZE SJO

· EZE X/LIM SJO if the connecting time in LIM exceeds 8 hours, the fare is calculated:
EZE LIM and LIM SJO

Note for flights USA - Cuba:

For flights from USA to Cuba via a third country (e.g. USA - Panama - Cuba), please always issue two separate tickets in order to avoid any inconveniences for the passenger due to possible immigration restrictions.

Minimum stay:
No minimum stay

Ticket validity:
1 year as of the date of the first flight

Discounts:
Not applicable

Cancellation & refunds:

· Before issuing the tickets: no cancellation fee.

· After issuing the airpass / prior to the date of the first booked sector: full refund less 60,- USD cancellation fee.

· After the date of the first booked sector / after using the first coupon: no refund possible.

Note: LA/LP/XL/4M do not permit any change of reservation locally. No change of date and flight number possible.

Group rates:
For group offers please contact your local Hahn Air reprecentatives or Hahn Air's helpdesk team who will check if the operating airline offers a group fare.
